Shipping & sizing

Our Printful merchandise is made after you order it. Here’s what to check before choosing your size and heading to checkout.

How much is US shipping?

  • Tees & tanks: $5.55 for the first item, plus $2.30 for each additional item in that group. Two tees ship for $7.85.
  • Hats: $5.25 for the first, plus $2.10 for each additional hat.
  • Mugs: $7.35 for the first, plus $3.65 for each additional mug.
  • Water bottles: $11.65 for the first, plus $4.65 for each additional bottle.

A mixed order combines the shipping charges for its product groups. For example, one tee and one mug ship for $12.90. Final shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

These rates apply to our current Printful merchandise and US delivery addresses. For an order with more than 100 items in one product group, contact us for a shipping quote.

When will my order arrive?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the destination. Production and delivery times are estimates; holidays, order volume and carrier delays can affect them. If you need an item by a specific date, ask us before ordering.

Different product types may ship separately. Watch your shipping confirmation for tracking details.

How do I choose a size?

Open “Details & sizing” on the product page and use that product’s size guide before ordering. Garment measurements and body measurements are different: check the labels and units in the chart. Sizing varies between product styles, so use the guide on the exact item you want.

On-person images labeled “Illustrative mockup” are AI-generated styling examples, not fit measurements or photographs of a physical sample. Use the original product image and size chart when choosing.
